Health and Safety Declaration

Exhibitor’s Responsibilities

An exhibition stand is a workplace covered by Health and Safety legislation. Exhibitors are reminded of their responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and must complete a health and safety declaration affirming their commitment to co-operating and co-ordinating with all parties whilst sharing a workplace. Failure to do so could lead to delays or ultimately the closure of your stand.

All exhibitors and their agents must comply with Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. CDM Resource Pack
