Atopic Dermatitis Control Tool – an option to consider for supporting the assessment of AD patients. Emma Button and Allison Maher

Dr Allison Maher, Medical Science Liaison at Sanofi, joins the podcast to talk about the Atopic Dermatitis Control Tool (ADCT).

The ADCT was developed and funded by Sanofi and Regeneron to facilitate patient–physician discussions on the control of atopic dermatitis. It is not intended to replace the physician’s medical judgment in diagnosing and treating patients.

The ADCT has been validated for use in adult and adolescent patients (12 years and older) with atopic dermatitis.¹ ² Modified versions of the ADCT for children aged 8–11 years and for caregivers of children aged 6 months to 11 years have also been developed³ and are currently pending threshold validation. Unless otherwise specified, the materials in this podcast refer to the adult/adolescent version.
